I am using the Developer Pack, and got the same problem I had with the SP2 beta.
The Components directory does not have an updated BVSoftware.Bvc5.Payment.dll, so the old one is overwriting the one in www\Bin. I fixed this by copying the payment dll from src/bin to the Components directory.
