When you sign-up with the US Postal Service to get rates from their site, you get assigned a username that should be used from a single site only, according to that last rules I read. They no longer require a password, which had been discussed somewhere in this forum before.

There is no direct admin method to enter the username. The database can be edited, but shouldn't it be easier. It still has a password field also.

Hey Chris.

I do not believe they require a username or password any longer to return rates.

I know they don't need the password (even if your code still has it in there), but the agreement on the USPS site still mentions the username as being unique to the site.

See page 6 of 37 (Actually labeled 2) of this PDF file: http://www.usps.com/webtools/_pdf/Rates-Calculatorsv1-0.pdf
