Rank: Member Joined: 8/17/2006(UTC) Posts: 681		Guys, Please start using ASP:Literal with EnableViewState="false" for most of the stuff you need to put on the screen instead of the Label. The resulting HTML is much cleaner, does not contain pointless long IDs and the view state is much smaller than the Label. Thanks, Corneliu.

We've been using this technique on some new items like the Google Analytics control. Cliff made the suggestion a couple of months ago.
