I have used the SF6 to BV5 Migration tool and pulled in my list of Users. Unfortunately the tool does not pull in a lot of the information -- customer Address Book, Pricing Group inclusion among them.

I don't have a problem with not pulling in the address info, customers can re-enter that when they make their first trip through the store -- probably better not to clutter up the database with a whole bunch of addresses for customers that may never come back anyway.

BUT -- I do need the Pricing Group info -- these customers for the most part will be coming back. I have looked at the data in the two tables, comparing the SF6 to the BV5 SQL databases. SF6 uses a simple numbering system for the Pricing Groups (1,2,3, etc.), BV5 however uses what looks like a variable string assigned when you create the pricing group. I'm assuming this stays the same -- but here is my problem. I thought perhaps I could simply Copy and Paste the Pricing Group Column from SF6 to BV5 -- but with the different naming conventions, that isn't possible. Plus oddly enough the two databases lists out the customers differnetly -- SF6 goes in straight incremental steps 1, 2, .... 1000, 1001, 1002 -- etc. -- where BV5 the IDs run differently -- perhaps it has to do with the "creation date" -- not sure, so a clean copy and paste would be a mess anyway.

So I was wondering if anyone had a ideas on how to get this data pulled in without having to manually edit over 10000 customer records to assign them to their respective Pricing Groups. I am not literate in SQL Queries, but perhaps a query that pulled all "Pricing Group 2s" from the SF6 database and somehow imported them into the BV5 database, converting the ID number to the appropriate string.
