Is there a way to show all the numbers of the credit card payment received by a customer and not just the last four. I would like to set the website up so that it does not process the credit cards right when they are entered but rather enter them by hand. here is the site http://www.vendingmachinesworldwide.com/

Admin> Options> Payment> Select "edit" on credit card. Forth item down on that page "credit card number".
Check that off to see the full number. |

A related note, I've never quite figured out how to keep the card number to stay there for a specified amount of time. My store policy is 60 days for refunds on returns. I noticed that the card numbers stay there for just one week and then they all turn to 0s. I've played around with the Orders "Cleanup", not sure what that means though.
I'd at least like to have the card stored for 30 days to do easy refunds. I know this is scary security-wise though, so should I just process refunds outside of the shopping cart as I've been doing? Fine with me, I just want to understand. :) |

Angela,
AFAIK - Order cleanup will remove the CC number. So in your case you would,
Admin> Options> Orders>
Cleanup Orders Older Than "30" Days
Run Cleanup Every "24" Hours |

Well, I had it set as:
Cleanup Orders Older Than "90" Days Run Cleanup Every "48" Hours
Never worked, always deleted after a week. I'm a little worried about the security of keeping credit cards that long anyway. I'll try the 30 day/24 hour thing now. :) |
