Hi
I need to lay out each of my product pages differently. Is this easy to do with this software? Can I set mutiple templates?

Yes, you can create as many templates as you need as plugins for our software. Also, you can inject content, HTML and css into product pages so you might not need to create new page templates. You may be able to use the content management to achieve your desired results instead.

And also if one wants a page with a common description and detail, but then with say 10 product listings on the page, is this done by creating a sub-category and editing this, and then entering products onto the page?

Richard, it depends on what you want to display. You could enter an HTML description for a "product details" category and then assign your ten products to that category.

You should be able to create pages almost identical to those using the standard "product details" category layout with custom html above and below the products.
