I am new to BV Commerce 5.
I am trying to setup a user with a Price Group with a percentage of the site price.
I have created the price group and assigned it to a user, but when I sign in as that user, I do not see the price break. Am missing a setting somewhere?

Welcome, Ray. Make sure MSRP and Site Price are filled in. Both are used in different places for all kinds of calculations, best to fill in everything as you load up your inventory even if you don't think you'll use the info. I just remembered... There is a Hotfix that deals with discount calculations (corrects fuzzy math)... http://forums.bvcommerce...lt.aspx?f=88&m=47501It'll be included in SP3, in the meantime, these are required:
/BusinessRules/OrderTasks/ApplyVolumePricing.vb /BusinessRules/ProductTasks/ApplyPriceGroups.vb /Orders/Order.vb -Fixed issues with the way discounts were applying in conjunction with modifiers and price groups
If you're squeemish about messing with this, submit a support ticket and ask if your BV5 has this mod already installed, and/or ask them to install it for you. |
