Because the store is in Florida, we have to calculate differing sales tax rates for each county here (67, I believe)
I've gone through and added the counties and the additional discretionary surtax in the tax admin. But now I need a way to make this a required choice. The current method defaults to the first county alphabetically rather than a blank that must be selected from the drop-down menu.
So a few questions:
1. how do I make it display blank or "Please select county" 2. how do a make this a required choice
