Does bV keep track of quanity for a product by its variations or just on the SKU?

Hello,
Say I have a product that comes in black, yellow, orange, etc.
Will bV keep track of the quanity for EACH variation or only on the SKU?

Yes, if you want the software to you can turn this option on.
