I need some direction on how to change/set the emails that I'm getting for orders. I get an email myself when an order has been shipped -- I don't see anywhere to change/set that. I'm also getting TWO vendor emails (some vendors I prefer to have the notification sent to me first and then I forward). I have one vendor who get notifications directly and it seems that whenever you change anything in an order to do with payment (such as charging an additional amount, or even attempt to charge again), it sends ANOTHER vendor email. My vendor said she got six emails for the same order. |
