Why the creditcard nunber does't show correctly?

Dear Support and guys:
Today when I want refund some orders from orders/paymants. I found I can't do that, I think because the creditcard number shows incorrectly,(shows the data of bvc_orderpayment encryed, not the digit numbers) but other orders is correctly. I can't find the reason why only these orders can't be show correctly creditcard number.Please review it and give some suggestion or solution to fix it. Thanks.
