Is the USPS shipping quote for EMS down? I could get shipping quote for domestic USA for USPS Priority Mail at the same given time but not International EMS to Canada.
Kindly let me know how to find out if USPS rate server is down or our BVSoftware.Bvc5.Shipping.USPostal.dll is outdated again? (Yes, I did apply the " HOTFIX SP2-K - USPS Rates Update #")

Try using the First Class Mail International option.
As it was explained to me by my postal clerk, there is no International Air Mail anymore, everything goes by air. I think she said First Class Mail International and Global Priority are the rates they are using now. Keep in mind my source was an over the counter postal clerk but she has been around for a while. So far her information has benefited me more then anything I have been able to get out of the Web Tools people for over 2 years now.
