Ran into an odd one this morning -- A customer ordered an item which has a volume discount (50 cents off if you buy two or more). We also have a storewide 10 percent sale -- which I thought would override the VOlume price, since it is lower. Yet when you add it to the cart (quantity of 2), the $1.00 is taken off. That's okay -- the strange thing is her credit card was charged $1.00 more than her Order Total.
Bug? Can anyone reproduce this? |
