I have my shipping options setup on a per item basis, or an amount, depending on what type of service the customer wants, like Ground versus Next Day. I also have states like Alaska and Hawaii setup with their own type of UPS Ground service, as the cost is far greater than that of the rest of the US states. The problem is that when a user selects the shipping cost button, after adding an item to the cart, the option for the Alaska and Hawaii are not present. I'm thinking this could be a problem with there being two types of options for one particular country. This is on a service pack 2 build with all of the hot fixes.
