One of the toughest things I found about doing business online is getting feedback from the customers and organizing it into reports that can be used to make decisions. One feature on our "wish list" is putting an optional survey after the customer finishes checking out, and another solicitation to come back and fill out a survey to be emailed 2 weeks after shipment. While this is very specific, I was just wondering if there is anything in general supported by BVC5 for getting feedback from customers and reporting it? |
