I've got the trial installed but I can't seem to make it show any files for download with a product purchase. I've tried a number of combinations of settings to no avail. The files are definitely added as I can click them in the File Downloads section of the product edit. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
By the way, I have tried searching the forums to help myself but it keeps timing out.

Here is what I discovered about file downloads.
1. There is an option where you can ftp files into the files folder and later choose them for download. Every time I tried it this way it didn't work. I couldn't down load the files. This may have been fixed since i tried it last.
2. If you upload the file using " Upload a new file to the site:" option in the product edit, I never had any problems. I think this is because BV5 adds some identifiers to the file name. But don't worry, it strips them off when the file is actually downloaded.
The other thing you might be missing is you need to go to the "Your Accounts" option and display the order to be able to down load it. This can be a bit cumbersum.
