Trying to edit a price in the admin section it does not save. Also if we update pricing on the site it updates ALL orders to that price and we have people complaining that we overcharged them for the products.
Anyone else having these problems? |
Thanks,

Hi Chris,
I have mentioned before ont he forum regarding changes in site pricing reflecting on previously placed orders, however I can't seem to find the post as to where I mentioned it. Essentially, bv needs to change it so that the product pricing workflow is now run if the product belongs to a placed order. |

Talking about editing prices: Try to disable or remove a specific special Offer and then edit an order that had that offer applied. The offer it not applied anymore and all the order goes haywire. I think an order should have a reference to the ID (not code) of a special offer and when you try to “disable it” it should still be applied to orders already placed. Also if you try to delete a special offer it should only be marked as deleted and not normally visible on the screen (there should be still a way to see historical offers) but it should still be correctly applied to the existing orders.
Regards, Corneliu. |
