Hi Michael,

If you are running SP2, you may need to install the following hotfix:

Thanks,

Do you have both 'MSRP' and 'Price' filled in on the product edit page? I just copied your sale terms on a product and it worked fine, even starting it in the past didn't seem to matter.

1. I have a 'MSRP' and 'Price' filled on the product edit page.

2. There are 6 files in Core Hotfix 1 Source.zip and I can't find the directory for them... where do I paste all of them?

Thanks.

I also have the same problem on one of our stores using SP2. I am not using the core for this store. Does this mean there is no fix for those who do not have a developer edition?

If you don't have the developer edition, then you don't need the source. Just download the hotfix and put the files in the appropriate folders.

I don't know if it is me being stupid, but I still cannot get the sales to work.

I downloaded the hotfix and copied BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core.dll and .pdb to the bin folder (after saving the old version outside of the web site). I have ignored the 6 .vb files from Core_Hotfix_1_Source because I am not using the developer edition and cannot find these files in the store.

None of the sales are working, but offers work okay.

Can someone help?

Thanks,

Jenny
