Our client wants to use Moneris (eSelect plus) which is not currently included in the BVC 5 payment gateways. Is a Moneris gateway something we can add to BV Commerce ourselves? (I've seen additional payment plug-ins for BVC 2004 but not BVC 5.)

Yes the payment system is modifiable, I will actually be using Moneris in my store soon.
