A user accidentally deleted the e-mail template "Email Friend" email template from the dashboard. I have recreated on using the same name, but it is not working - only a blank e-mail is sent to the username that is specified. Is anyone familiar with a way to fix this?

Hello Rob.

Navigate to Options > Mail Server. Select your template from the list and save your changes.

See if that works.
