My order emails show as coming from "[email protected]", instead of my actual store. I can't find any place to change it. The only thing I can think of is when I set up the store a second time, it gave me some message about the store license, but did not give me an option to say that this the real store - I have only one store up, but it has taken a few tries to get it working. If that is it, how do I fix it, if not, how do I fix it?

I would have thought it would be on the mail server page, or the general page, but I cannot find it anywhere.

You need to go to the email templates, and make sure you change all of the email references in those templates. Also in the admin section, there is an email page where you need to change like five or six different email addresses. Look around the admin gui area, as you will become familiar with all of the options.

Yep, that was it. I would have thought setting the mail server info would have defaulted everything for the send address. Thanks for the help. I had already set the mail server page, just not the templates - I was thinking content, not email address.

There should probably be a button to change all the "from email addresses" to one defined in the settings...

Along the same lines, it would be nice if the "from" email address generated by the Contact Form was the email address of the customer, not the store address, so you could simply Reply to it rather than having to cut and paste the customer's email from the body of the message.

Joe, That would be a good thing.... or, a 'reply to this email' link in the body of the email that uses the customer's addy.

Can anybody script out as bit of code for this? Just html right?
