Here is what I discovered mostly by trial and error. My old BV4 transferred order detail is stored in different tables and fields in those tables when compared to new orders placed in BV5. Personally I like the new BV5 structure better. My product choices in BV4 where all thrown into one description field separated by breaks. In BV5 they each have their own field in a separate table.
I suspect all of your orders have been transfered. You just need to go into the data base to find them.
Since Noah has quantified my data base experience as "Dangerous" I'm a little reluctant to do much there. So I just made a copy of the orders I was interested in from BV4 and put them in an Excel file on my computer. I didn't have that many anyway.
