Hi,

I'm trying to import a just over a 1000 product reviews into a store i'm creating but can't becasue the bvin field is required to be populated. How can I assign a bvin so that I get my reviews imported? There's no way i'm typing them in! LOL! And they're too valuable not too include...

Any help/advice/pointers would be most appreciated...

Regards,

Jason

How do you import them? If you do it directly from SQL you simply use the NEWID() for the column.

Hi there,

I've been importing data in using the SQL Management Studio. I'd already tried using newid() as the default value in the import but it failed.

I've since created a ticket and the response was that the ReviewBvin has to be the same as the Product Bvin.

Not tried it yet... but am about to!

Regards,

Jason
