Greetings to All:
Need a little guidance. We need to develope page that would allow our clients to fill out a form that will be emailed to us. Tired a few options including sendmail.asp which seems to work outisde BV but when I place the code as Custom page within BV it will not work. I also started looking at the eMail templates but I can't seem to figure out how a custom template can be called from the BV another ecommerce product and also how the information captured can be processed and emailed to us.
This should be pretty straight implementation but somehow the solution within BV escapes me. Can I get your feedback on how you would satisfy this requirement? I do not mind purchasing third party add ons if it boils down to that.

Other people have wanted to do this also, so I created an add-on that allows you to create custom pages that let you create custom email forms and more. |

Greetings to all:
I will definitely look into it. What I need is some a form that I display in a window with radio button, check boxes, text, etc, so we can design a form that is orgranized and easy to fill-in. this from with the captured information should then be emailed to a specified email address for followup.
Right now, the implementation launches a popup window with an html form with text box and call ASPMAIL. I am looking for more options in designing the form.
Input appreciated.
