While it may not be the answer you want for #1, but you would need to contact the customer to get the number from them. Setting your cleanup values to what you have now will cause the number of carts to be quite large that are held in the system. The values for the cart cleanup is a different set of numbers than the credit card cleanup. The CC cleanup runs every 24 hours and cleans up completed orders older than 7 days. The 7 can be edited in the database directly, but the 24 is hard-coded. You would probably be violating some CC company rules if you tried to keep the card numbers, but I don't know how long that is.

I think the credit card numbers are tied to the cleanup -- every 7 days -- which can be changed under settings -- my site holds the numbers for 7 days.

Ok, I didn't know that I can keep credit card numbers only for 7 days.

What would you <SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">recommend to have here:

Run Cleanup Every ---&gt; <FONT color=red>???[/color]

The admin settings are for cart cleanup only. I was surprised at this, but located where the code does the cleanup and saw that different numbers are being used for CC cleanup. The 7 days can be extended by changing the value in the database directly. The orders must be marked "complete" before the CC number is removed.
