I am trying to change my UPS account number from an old one to a new account. When I just add in the new account number in place of the old it shows correct rates but does not allow me to actually ship. So I I thought the solution was to re register with UPS via the admin tool. When I try to re register I get the following error "The registration process could not be completed at this time. Please try again later."
Does anyone have any ideas on what I did wrong?
