Need Help on Where to Set or Modify "Customers who Purchase This Also Puchased"

Greetings:
I can't seem to find where I can switch off or modify setting of the prompt that lists:
"Customers who Purchase This Also Puchased"
in the bottom of the product page. I was checked my setting under option/upsell-crossell and I do not see it there. I am using the BVC2004 product template.
I appreciate some input.

Hey Nolan,
Navigate to Options -> Site Settings -> Performance and set "Suggested Items Maximum Results" to 0 or whatever value is appropriate.
