I've searched, check the knowledge base, and the documentation, but haven't been able to find an answer to the following question:

If I set an end date of an offer to be "10/14/2007", will it end seconds past midnight on the morning of the 14th (local time zone)? I need to make sure it ends then, rather than 11:59:59 pm on that date . . .
