Getting ugly Server Errors if don't wait for current page to load

In both the customer shop and BVC5 admin, if someone tries to click a new link before the current page finishes rendering, they get an ugly error.
Is there anyway to fix this?

Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. |

Angela,
I was getting that too -- try turning off "Move Viewstate to Bottom of Page." It helped my site and I didn't see a performance issue. |

- Now, how to cut down on the Viewstate. :) There was a long thread about that. I hope that BVC took the time to fix this in SP3 otherwise I'm not sure if I want to upgrade and get my viewstate back from 2k to 200kb. Corneliu. |
