Order Manager - can't get an order to leave the "Partially Shipped" stage. Stumped

Another one for the manual:
I have two orders that have 2 or more products set up to ship separately. Well ship sep is OK if two dissimilar products can't go in one box, but two of these WERE shipped together. I use Shipper.
These orders can only be found in Order Mgr if you filter for 'partially shipped'. Upon shipping, they were marked "Complete". I CANNOT figure out how to tell Order Mgr that I'm all done shipping these. |

Since the products where marked to ship separately, Shipper should have seen 2 separate packages. If you shipped one package with both items, now you need a way to tell the store that the other package is not needed.
I think you have 2 options using BV Admin > Orders > Order > Shipping:
Ship the remaining item using the same tracking number:
1. Select the same carrier and service you used for the shipped package.
2. Copy the tracking number from the shipped package.
3. Click on the Ship Items.
Create one package:
1. Copy the tracking number assigned to the shipped package.
2. Delete the shipped package.
3. Ship both items using the carrier, service and tracking number you copied.
Either way, BVC5 will mark the order fully shipped. |
