International USPS rates not functioning...

Ok, so hopefully I am just overlooking the obvious here, but the USPS shipping rates are not coming up properly for international rates.
I have UPS enabled for the United States, and USPS for everywhere else. During checkout for international countries, it simply displays $0.00 "To be determined". However, when I select the United States as one of the available "ship to" regions, the USPS rates are displayed just fine for the US. Still nothing for international rates. Am I missing something here?

Issue was resolved with SP3 Beta 2 patch.
