In the Print Templates there is a variable called [[Site Name]] -- where do I edit that? It prints out on the Customer Invoice and I need to change it. It's not anywhere that I can find. |

I don't use it and a few other [[tags]]. I just 'hard coded' - typed - this stuff into the template(s). It's not likely to change anytime soon, so..... KISS
I'm assuming your tied editing "Store Name", Options>General. Same? |

No, it's not the same -- it's showing BOTH the store name and my name -- it just looks strange. |

Content -> Store Info is where this is pulled from. As Mitch said, in some cases it is easier to hard code store header information that isn't likely to change in the future.
