Neither customers nor ourselves in the BVC admin can generate an RMA for returns. It seems to have a dozen ApplyVolumePricing errors.
Here's the error messages the error log is showing:

We have placed numerous orders and have generated many returns, but we are not seeing this error. Can anyone else reproduce this error? |

It is my fault here, I have no problems with a test store, and I see the error on my dev machine.
