When searching thru the Products section we are unable to just select -
Out of Stock, Allow Orders or
Out of Stock, Do not allow.
We need to be able to pull up a report of items marked out of stock.
Any ideas? |

Christopher -- do you get the Out of Stock email? That is the only notification I know of. Like you, I would love for there to be an "out of stock" category so that I could very quickly identify those items that are out of stock |

Yes, but I am talking when we go to Catalog,
it shows 2097 Products
for the Filter: is has all of them set to Any - if I change -Any Inventory Status- to Out of stock, Allow or to Out of stock, No Purchase, it shows 0 products and I know we have prroducts in there that are set as Out of stock.

I think someone noted that as a bug in another post -- I'm not sure that has been addressed in SP3 |

Christopher, The attached file may be what you are looking for. I wanted a report to show all tracked products where the quantity available is less than or equal to the out of stock point. Just stick it in the BVADMIN directory and address it as follows: www.???.com/bvadmin/lowinventory.aspx Paul File Attachment(s):  lowinventory.aspx (2kb) downloaded 135 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. I only see inventory choices as "Not Available" and "Available" in the filter drop-down for inventory status. Works fine for SP3.
