SP3 full, but without hotfixes E,F,G, running locally from VS2005, logged in as admin

After doing some searches, and finding products, the Keyword Search report doesn't show anything. I get this in the event log:

Update: a pair of event log entries occurs for each report viewed.

I'm not getting the error but can confirm it's not updating the report since SP3. My keyword search report has not changed in 5 days.

Notes on the error, but not the keyword search:

The current path in BVAdminReports.master, line 12 is to make it work.</FONT></FONT>

</FONT></FONT>

I have 80 errors from the last few days for the BVC.js file. I mentioned this a few weeks back.

The specific reference is:

/BVModules/ Reports/ Bvc.js

Notes on keyword search bug:

The only place I can find a call to the function to record keyword searches is in InternalProduct.vb, Function SearchByComplexPhrase, line 944. This entire function never gets called when doing searches. The function StoreSearch gets called, but doesn't contain the same code to call the keyword search storage.

So the reading of existing data is working, as noted by "C", but nothing gets written to the database to be reported. I have a clean database, so I don't see any "old" results.

I'll wait for BV to hotfix this one.

The fix for the Keyword search report is going to end up in the SP3.1 release. The change for this is in the core and therefore makes it much harder to hotfix.

For planning purposes, is the SP3.1 before or after your Winter Holiday next week?

We are planning on SP3.1 on Tuesday the 18th. We want to give ourselves plenty of time to work with it and test it, I will be working and testing it next week. This will also give us a little bit more time to get feedback before we release it. Just in case there are any more small bugs that slipped through.
