When you create product variations and uncheck the boxes for the vairations you don't want, they correctly don't show up on the store pages (using the grid), but all combinations show up in the admin for editing.
Also, the order of the Product Choices doesn't get used for either the admin or the grid. The sequence when creating the multiple choices (I had 3) can be reordered and the list of checkboxes where you remove ones that you don't want are still in that same order, but the admin and grid show some other order. |

We will look into the issue of the admin display.
The order for these is merely used for display in the drop down lists themselves, we use an alphabetical sort to display in the grid. We will look at the option in the future to use the combinations orders to sort them, but right now we don't have enough time to add this in SP3. |
