BV5 simply sends too many emails and there is not enough control over them. I and others have discussed the multiple emails sent to vendors.
Another problem is if you edit an order for any reason, it sends the customer an Order Complete email all over again. I edited an order last night where I added a couple of products to an order that were shipped to a customer. The customer calls today and complains that he is getting charged the ENTIRE amount again because he gets an email with the Grand Total, as if he were charged again. I can't find in any workflow where this email is being sent out -- without turning off to send customers their initial Order Complete email. |

I agree. emails are not under admin control. I have no idea what's going/gone out. |
