Adding DHL as a drop down selection for shipping options

How can I add DHL as a shipping option from the drop down menu and processing an order for shipping. I want to able to select DHL and offer the tracking but I don't need the rates. I don't ship with DHL but one of my vendors that drop ships for me does.

DHL is not included with BVC5. If you don't actually need DHL rates, but just want an estimate that is called DHL, you could add a FedEx shipping method (or By Order, etc) and name it DHL.
