If a customer uses the copy to cart function of their order history, and that order happens to contain a deleted catalog item within it, it produces a 404. Then, they cannot even view the cart to remove the offending item because cart.aspx keeps producing 404's with no path to check out. The only way to cure it is to delete cookies and temp files on the customer machine.


Event logs show a NullReferenceException. Using SP2.



Only repeat customers get to experience this. After over a year of BVC5, we have a a number deleted catalog items lurking in past orders.

We see that too as we sell one-time items. There should be a means where customers can add individual items from past orders one at a time, or ideally by clicking a check box.

If anyone has a Uline account -- their past order screen is the absolute ideal -- all past orders inline on one page with all items and quantity boxes and check boxes to add to a new cart.
