Hello,
I am trying to complete an order to someone in Canada. We use UPS as our only shipping method. When I go to complete the orer, it gives an error that a shipping method has not been selected (there is not one available, ony the TBD, contact store for details - whicj works every other time.) We have Canada as an avaialable country for UPS shipments. I also checked the error log and found this - UPS Status Code = 1 UPS Postage = 11.62 UPS Errors = UPS Rate = 11.62. Any ideas?

Same problem here. How do merchants based in the US get the shipping rates for Canada to be calculated during checkout? |

Are you offering the UPS Standard shipping method? This is the primary method used for shipments outside the US (Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day won't work). |
