Cross Sell description override doesn't seem to work

Has anyone used the cross sell product description override successfully? I fill in the description override with the text to be viewed and save. But when I return to the item on the website, it still has the product's main description in the cross sell area. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Never got it to work, but my theme changed and I don't need it to now. But no, it doesn't seem to work as it should. |

Well, BV confirmed it is a bug and not just my lack of understanding. I assume it will be a hotfix when it's solved.
