We received a nice repsonse to our first promotional code, however, several customers didn't think they were getting the 10% discount since the Sub Total in the Checkout Summary does not reflect the discount (SP2). The Total does reflect the discounted price but the customer only sees the original Sub Total, a ship rate and the Total, which has confused some. Is there any way to have the Checkout Sub Total show the discounted amount OR have a line to show the Order Discount in the same way it appears on the Shopping Cart page? Joe -- I think that was added to 3.1 -- though there is a thread here to add "Discount" to the Checkout page -- as I did it -- not sure what forum it's in. |
