Anybody experiencing null shipping amounts from FedEX? Sporadically over the last 2 or 3 days? |

I've had FedEx problems for the last month or so, it just no longer works. I opened a ticket however the issue hasn't been resolved. I had to resort to doing flat rate shipping, which isn't really a problem for what we do its just an inconvenience. Jason www.glassandgear.com

I had one order from 2 days ago charge the wrong amount for Express Saver; other than that it's been working fine. |

Yeah I think there was a little speed bump. A lot of the shoppers on the one site tend to buy at night. joe, what time did that order come in?
Hey Jason, cool concept for your website, like the clean design as well! you should get in touch with Resposio. Local to you if you're based in Manchester. |

We've had a lot of reports of FedEx issues. We're double checking our code but currently believe it on the FedEx end.

Marcus, I'm seeing this on BV2004. Order came in at 10:05, shipping to TX, rate to be determined.
I just did a test order at 10:47. Shipping to PA, rates came back correct.
Andy's Shipping calculator worked when I tested.
The live BV5 client doesn't use FedEx so I can't test. The BV5's in development aren't hooked up to test Fedex yet. |
