We have noticed a decline in some of our larger purchase orders lately and we have finally figured out why. It seems that when a customer adds over $1000.00 worth of items in the shopping cart and continues to checkout it does not display the UPS shipping rates it only shows USPS.

We have no reasons why this is happening and would like to know if anyone else is having this problem.

After some further testing we also noticed that if we check the checkbox: Don't use package dimensions, only weight

That we do get UPS rates but, the item dimensions we have on the test products we are using can easily fit inside the box size that UPS accepts.

Either way we have the that option checked now and hopefully someone can enlighten us on what we are doing wrong! =)
