I am using the canada post shipping provider plugin with BV5.. In order to calculate accurate shipping rates, should the product dimensions (length, width, and height) entered for a product be that of the package or the product itself?

Thanks

Generally those settings are for the product itself -- assuming that you can put more than one in a package, unless you are shipping only one item per package and then I would assume you would use the plug-in to determine your package size and then the dimensions of the products become a nonissue I would think.
