Hi,
I am setting up a demo version of bv 5. Right out of the box I get an error as follows:

Something to do with the urlrewriter. The problem is I have done nothing so far, just went through the set up screen and let the install take over.

Change the connection string to not use windows authentication. I got the same error yesterday with the demo and thats what fixed it.
