I have a user with items on his wish-list. He later came back and bought one of these items, but did so without signing in as the user.
When an order is placed annonamously, could the user file be quiried for a match to first, last and town to see if the shopper has an account? I know I can link these in admin (if I can figure out which is who's), couldn't I simply see a note on the admin's new order email when this happens?
When I go to Amazon, I get a "Welcome, Mitchell! Not Mitchell, click here" message. Why don't our shoppers get an offer to continue a previous visit where they left off? |
