Can anyone else try this for me? I have tried on 2 BVC5 (SP3.2) stores to perform this function.
While editing an existing order, try to add a promo code for an offer. The error reported EVERY time is, "Coupon code does not apply to this order." This seems to happen no matter what the current status of the order is.
I can add the promo codes when creating a new order in admin, but not when editing one. |
