I was looking at the admin lights and noticed that you can't put the status of the order in "Problem Order". Where is the Red Light for Problem Order's and or how do you set the order to problem order? I created a new Order Status Code, but i can't set what light id like to use for that code...

You can make your own status codes in Options>Orders. The control is at the top in green text.

On hold, In process and Complete are the only ones that BV5 will control for you. I made one for wholesale customers who've been billed called "Shipped, payment due". When the check comes, I manually change it to "Complete". If a customer (user) looks up his account, he can see whether an order's been paid.

Anything you make here must be set/unset by you. You also can't set a light to red this way.

Yeah I did create my own status code but you cant set the lights for it... so the red status light for order is sort of obsolete...
