We've negotiated a special rate with UPS. Is there a way that I can tell BV to use the negotiated rate rather than the published rate?

I think all you can do is enter adjustments to the returned rates... either a percentage or fixed dollar amount.

Ok, that makes sense provided the negotiated rate isn't based on a scale.
Also, I haven't been able to get BV configured to only charge Tax on shipping. Is this possible?

I know by entering my FedEx Account number in my shipping methods, I think the customer is given our special rates that we receive. Otherwise you check "Use List Rates" to get the "published rates" that the carrier presents to the public. |
